Trehellas Business offers a welcoming base for contractors, trade workers and companies arranging accommodation near Bodmin and Wadebridge. Tell us about your work stays and we’ll discuss rates and payment arrangements that suit your bookings.
Accommodation for your working week
Whether you need a room for a few nights, a regular weekly stay or accommodation for a team, speak to us about your requirements. Our hotel is in Washaway, between Bodmin and Wadebridge, with en-suite bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and an on-site restaurant.
Business rates, room availability and meal inclusions are agreed with our team. An application does not reserve a room or guarantee a discount. Let us know your usual dates, room requirements and how often you expect to stay.
Pay on arrival
Apply for business booking arrangements with accommodation paid on arrival. We’ll discuss your rates and explain how to book. The terms of your confirmed reservation apply, including any cancellation conditions.
Meals and drinks are paid on the night unless different arrangements have been agreed with management.
An invoice account
Companies can also apply to pay by invoice. Invoice facilities are subject to management approval, with payment deadlines, credit limits and any permitted extras agreed in writing.
An application does not automatically approve credit. Until your invoice arrangement has been confirmed, our normal payment requirements apply.

Our team will contact you to discuss rates, room availability and any invoice terms. We’ll confirm the agreed arrangements before you book.
3. Book your work stays
Use the booking instructions provided by our team. Multi-room, longer-stay and invoice-account bookings can be arranged directly with us, subject to availability.
