What time is check-in?
Check-in is between 2pm and 10pm. Check-out is by 10.30am. Please contact us in advance if you need different arrangements.
Can non-residents eat here?
Yes. Our restaurant and conservatory welcome hotel guests and non-residents. Booking ahead is recommended.
Can I bring my dog?
Selected bedrooms are dog-friendly, with a charge of £10 per dog per night. Contact us before booking to arrange a suitable room. We provide separate dining arrangements for guests with dogs.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Please let us know when booking and speak to the team about allergens before ordering. We’ll talk through the options available for your visit.
Which room should I choose?
Our rooms are individually named and vary in size and layout. Visit the Stay page, or call us if you have mobility requirements or would like a particular room.
How do I book a function?
Contact us with your date, approximate numbers and occasion. We’ll discuss suitable spaces, menus and booking arrangements.
How does the loyalty card work?
Buy 9 main courses and get your 10th main course free. Ask our team for a card. It cannot be used with promotions or any other discounts.
